In a hybrid Business Analysis and Project Management role, I was responsible for a number of projects within the Pronto Deployment team - from project mobilisation and through to continuous improvement/customer success.As part of a scrum team comprising PM/BA, Engineering and Quality Assurance, I was accountable for the successful deployment of Pronto software to a number of Police agencies, with individual contract values upwards of seven figures.As project lead my role also encompassed scrum master and people manager. Working closely with senior leadership to build a strong pipeline of new graduates positions, and ensuring a successful onboarding, training and integration process - getting new graduates contributing to production repositories and deployments within 1 month.

Responsible for developing bespoke mobile data capture solutions for UK policing. Working in an agile scrum team, aligning most closely to the scrum framework as well as incorporating kanban and lean engineering methodologies.Primarily Java-based application stack, making use of proprietary xml-based framework to allow cross-platform development via a single codebase.Working closely with business analysts and customers to ensure solutions delivered achieved the desired outcomes.
