While my work as product manager encompasses many things, there are four elements of my work that give me the most satisfaction. These elements include: 1. Finding new ways to leverage existing and new imaging technologies and ideas. This includes identifying new markets, new use cases within existing markets and identifying opportunities where existing/new technology can enhance existing use cases within markets. 2. Working on identifying where new imaging technologies and ideas might result in a paradigm shift within existing markets and use cases. 3. Working to expand Hamamatsu’s presence in the Whole Slide Imaging markets and Digital Pathology because I believe that Hamamatsu can make a significant contribution to the improvement of health care world-wide. 4. Building teams and relationships, both domestically and internationally. I work with and build teams within Hamamatsu and between multiple companies to achieve the first three items listed above.
