I joined Grant Thornton in 2014 having graduated from UCD Michael Smurfit School of Business. Prior to completing my MSc I worked in accounting for three years with a multinational retail and e-commerce business and one of Ireland's largest retail chains, gaining an array of experience by working with both domestic and international clients.At Grant Thornton, I have engaged in a number of management consulting roles across multiple sectors, including both public and private sector engagements and working with clients in higher education, healthcare, food and beverage, insurance and politics. I have worked with particular focus on business process review and improvement, programme and project management, operating model design and development, workshop facilitation, stakeholder consultation and research.

Management of the entire AP process for the Ireland entity and all international business reporting into the subsidiary, including ; • Financial reporting for Month-End, Quarter-End, Year-End, yearly audit etc. and as required by management. Including Amortization schedules, Prepaid expenses, OEM royalties, Inventory Received Not Billed (IRNB) report, AP Cash Disbursement, Accruals - expense report, legal, transport etc• Ownership of the weekly payments process including compiling payment schedules, budgeting, frequent interaction with the Corporate Controller and CFO, vendor management responsibilities;• Daily interaction with many cross functional teams as well as external suppliers and vendors via email, telephone and conferencing systems; • Typical AP duties including invoice evaluation, GL coding, data entry, bank account and vendor reconciliation etc
