I am an experienced Agile and Product Coach recognised for assessing business needs and developing solutions to deliver better thinking through mindset change, better products through adopting product management principles and better teams through applying agile ways of working leading to better results for organisations. I offer Agile & Product consulting services specialising in developing high performing teams. I am currently supporting the implementation of a global Digital Asset Management and MLR solution in 90+ countries for Novartis, one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies. Prior to specialising in Agile & Product Consulting, I was a management consultant for over 10 years, working across multiple sectors with both domestic and international clients. In this time I built up considerable experience in healthcare, higher education, fast moving consumer goods, insurance, politics, marketing and pharmaceuticals. I hold an MSc. in Strategic Management and Planning from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business and a first class honours BSc. in Construction Economics and Management from Dublin Institute of Technology. I am also PRINCE2, MSP and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified, and a member of both the Institute of Management Consultants and Advisors (IMCA) and the Strategic Planning Society (SPS).
