Green Check is the leading provider of cannabis financial solutions and services — connecting this underserved industry with the banking and business offerings it needs to grow.In my role as the Integrations Product Manager, I collaborate with our Design, Engineering, QA, and Marketing teams to build and maintain integrations that process $453 Million per month. These services are utilized by over 7000 cannabis companies to ingest, normalize, and analyze data from 19 different disparate sources.

My work as a Product Owner at MJ Freeway involves prioritizing items on the product roadmap, drafting user requirements based on stakeholder engagement, building UI/UX mocks and wireframes, and working with cross-functional engineering teams in the US and Europe. I take pride in being able to work on small, medium, and large-scale initiatives that serve the needs of thousands of users while processing billions of dollars in transactions. The MJ Freeway software offering, "MJ Platform", serves cannabis Cultivators, Processors, and Retailers. Ensuring these clients remain in compliance while delivering valuable features to optimize business processes is my locus of expertise.Success in this area has included rolling out technical integrations to 4 separate compliance systems, thereby mitigating the need for cannabis employee double-entry and opening up monthly revenue pipeline for the Sales Team by 6%.

• Constructed new volunteer training workflow which processed 944 volunteer leads and reduced volunteer on-boarding time from a 6 month average to 72 days. • Carried out product liaison role with vendor in the development and maintenance of online instructor training course.

• Collaborated with four-person team on writing, researching, and designing the ‘Smart Driver Participant Guidebook’ which went on to win the Clearmark Center for Plain Languages Award and the MarCom Award.• Constructed and carried out 50 state-specific legislative action plans to ensure program was in compliance with state law, saving seniors up to $400 per year.

• Served as business liaison for 3 departments, procuring requirements and synthesizing them into IT tickets, leading to the implementation of over 40 enhancements to the volunteer portal and volunteer database.• Designed and implemented agile record automation system for updating 5,500 volunteer records, freeing up IT resources for other business needs. • Spearheaded Operations & Technology project planning to revamp operational procedures, system developments, and website improvements geared toward the senior citizen population.• Collaborated with Operations Manager to develop and implement sweeping overhaul of Operations and Technology processes and workflow.

• Researched Department of Defense Health Policy for Legislative Staff and organized findings in report. • Attended Education policy briefing on behalf of the Legislative Staff to ensure policy was consistent with the endeavors of the Member.

• Collaborated daily with SEIU Lead Staff on the Fight for a Fair Economy campaign to rebuild and bolster impoverished urban areas in Columbus, Ohio.• Coordinated outreach campaign by meeting in the field daily with between five and ten active community leaders to develop detailed plans for improving conditions in the neighborhood. • Volunteered on backlogged data entry, thereby increasing the time available to contact community leaders.

• Launched campaign with Campaign Manager and Field Director by recruiting active volunteers from past races, later transitioning to a broader volunteer recruitment and voter contact strategy. • Communicated with forty to fifty local labor union leaders by phone and in person to engage them in a DCCC nationally targeted Congressional campaign.• Organized several labor union events at which the candidate spoke.• Partnered with media consultants in organizing and securing resources for Ad shoots.
