My success within these roles has been accomplished through building positive relationships with all stakeholders, a steadfast approach to achieving business goals and being motivated to continually improve.Current career goals include gaining employment within an organisation that allows me to apply the training and management skills I have developed within the Mining sector in a new environment, whilst continuing to expand my capacity in Mining and Construction training. I also intend to complete a Diploma in Work Health Safety.
