3D model group manager: Managed the modeling department as a subgroup of CSC’s Virtual Environments group. The Virtual environments group was responsible for all of support of visual simulation and training requirements within CSC Huntsville. Wrote major portions of successful international proposal to the Dutch government. Then managed the project to provide the Royal Netherlands Army with an extensive government owned 3D military vehicle model library. Library content is to be used in all future training programs for the Dutch government. The program had significant new feature requirements beyond any existing 3D model content. The program also required an exhaustive verification and validation effort.

CG2/Q3D model group manager: Managed the Digital Media department. Allocated resources to satisfy the company’s sales of catalog FACETS models, and created new moving model content required for fulfilling contractual requirements. Significant program solutions supported include; Boeing’s F-15 and T-38 Distributed Mission Trainers (DMT), Lockheed F-35 JSF, and CH-47F Chinook.

Vice President CG2, Digital Media Department: Created the Digital Media department in order to further enlarge and enhance the FACETS 3D model library. Hired and trained digital media specialists with all levels of model development experience. Responsible for product planning, design, content, and production of the FACETS product line. Managed terrain model creation for the company. The digital content managed and created included models which were used in the following: real-time hardware-in-the-loop scene generators for tactical missile simulations, hit point visualization for lethality analysis, man in the loop trainers and simulators, millimeter wave, radio frequency, and infra-red signature analysis.

Provided systems engineering support for Hardware-in-the-Loop simulations for the Systems Simulation and Development Directorate, SS&DD, for the following tactical missiles; BAT,BATP3I,FOG-M/NLOS/EFOG, JAVELIN, MLRS, CHAPPARAL, ATACMS, STINGER, ADATS, and TOW. Developed 3D computer modeling techniques for real time simulation visualization. Responsible for creating 3D computer geometry models and textures in the SS&DD Hardware-in-the-Loop Graphics Video Lab for use in non-real-time animations, concept visualizations, virtual prototypes concept definition, data visualizations, single frame renderings, event reconstruction and systems analysis for various real and conceptual missile systems. Models were created using Wavefront modeling and animation software on Silicon Graphics Workstations. I created animation story-boards, narration and sound effects, and assisted in animation, video concepts and scripting.
