In December 2013 Health Elements acquired WellnessFX, Inc., the leader in technology and services that clinicians and consumers can use to digitally collect, explain, and track personal health data. The acquisition combined Health Elements and WellnessFX under the WellnessFX brand. The combined entity offers health providers and individual patients a range of personalized health services and products, including capabilities in blood testing and other diagnostic tools that can be used to develop more effective health and wellness strategies. In addition, WellnessFX has access to the full portfolio of products and health information and services available from Thorne Research, a leading provider of nutritional supplements available through medical professionals.

Private investment partnership formed in August 2009 to facilitate the acquisitionof failed banking institutions from the FDIC. Successfully raised $310mm from private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, and high net worth individuals through an exempt securities offering.
