My role at Manson Anchors includes the following responsibilities: - Design specification developed through client interaction. - Responsible for all designs from initial concept stage through to product completion using specialized software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD and VX Elements. - Develop and test prototypes in order to confirm designs.- New product development through in-depth research and development. - Ensure all designs comply with specific industry standards. - Responsible for all as built processes within the company using Creaform 3D scanning software. - In charge of developing and creating all in house design processes.
