I started working full time at Tenneco, Inc. in August, 2005 as a Program Engineer in the Ford Business Unit. My job responsibility was to be the primary point of customer contact for meetings, prototype orders, part designs, production launches, technical reviews, and other customer-focused activities. During my time in the Business Unit I also worked with Chrysler, General Motors, BMW, and specialty automotive companies in addition to Ford. In July, 2011 I took on a new challenge working in the Finite Element Analysis / Computer Aided Engineering Department at Tenneco, Inc. as a Senior FEA engineer. As an FEA engineer I focus on product design, optimization, design for manufacturing, and design robustness. I also support business unit engineers at customer meetings. My time at Tenneco also included working part time in the test lab during high school as well as three co-op terms at Tenneco.
