As a Firefighter/Driver at Strafford Fire Protection District, I have been serving the community with courage, professionalism, and compassion for over two years. I am responsible for driving and operating fire apparatus, performing fire suppression and rescue operations, and providing emergency medical care to patients. I am also eager to share my knowledge and skills with my colleagues, and to help with training within the department.In addition to my current role, I am also a Captain for Western Taney County Fire Protection District, where I have been a loyal and dedicated member for over 14 years. I have progressed through the ranks from recruit to firefighter, lieutenant, and now captain. I am also one of the lead instructors for the department, and I enjoy teaching and mentoring new and existing firefighters. My goal is to help an organization with training, and to bring the training up to state of the art standards. I have a strong desire to teach my knowledge with those who want to learn, and to inspire those who need motivation. I am passionate about the fire service, and I am always looking for new ways to improve myself and the department.
