Scott Brennan is an experienced leader of business transformation and technology programs. Scott has worked across multiple industries helping clients through a range of projects including finance transformation, post- merger integration, ERP and BI programs, balanced scorecard initiatives, and cross functional cost management. He has led client engagements as short as an 8-week assessment; and has led multi-year finance transformation programs.At Accenture, Scott was the Managing Director of the Digital Finance practice. In addition to advising clients on transformation programs, he was accountable for practice growth and utilization, staff professional development, and business development. Within Accenture Scott started and led practices, led the acquisition of a consulting practice in Europe, and was a member of the CFO and Enterprise Value global leadership team.
