Recently in charge of the Waterford Project in Elgin including supervising multiple CM's and CS reps while utilizing Airwayzs(Palm Pilot). Supervised construction of the WINGS Shelter in Rolling Meadows. Started and/or completed eight communities with models and city acceptance. Utilized Lotus 6.5 on laptop for all aspects of construction management. Worked directly with architects and engineers on related issues. Single family homes to $950,000. Town homes to $300,000.

Inspected homes and condominiums to $800,000. Inspections included 75 year old homes to current construction. Utilized American Society of Home Inspector's Code. Inspection report prepared on laptop on site.

Custom condominiums/ Townhouses in $200,000 to $600,000 range. Worked with Engineering/The City to finalize land documents/improvements. Solicited contractors and awarded contracts. Established house budget on PC. Supervised land work and building.

Carriage Homes in the $175,000 to $300,000 range. Completed eight buildings (seven units each) on schedule within budget. Coordinated entire project with architect, sales, etc. Supervised single family home construction $250,000 to $400,000 range.

Supervised building of strip mall from structural steel. Developed a unit of custom townhouses in Lincoln Park area ranging from $350,000 to $900,000. Supervised a staff of four people. Project completed on schedule within budget.

Supervised single family home construction. Averaged 3.5 closings/week. Performed extensive documentation with city on utilities/project layout. Utilized P.C. software known as "Protrac", which utilized PDM scheduling techniques. High end production environment. Closed an average of four homes/week in order to close project a year early.

Took leadership in new organization to establish construction guidelines. Assisted management to understand intricacies of construction business. Set up computer system utilizing PMS II.
