    Who is Jack Brown?Jack started as an optical workshop apprentice in 1958. After completing his apprenticeship he studied at night school 3 nights a week to achieve the university entrance qualifications, and then studied full-time for his degree. In 1972 when working with Prescottís in Lothian Road Edinburgh, he joined the staff of the Princess Alexandria Eye Pavilion as a sessional optician. He went on to start a practice in Edinburgh under his name. In 1997 Jack stepped aside and his son Scott took over the family business.Jack Brown Eyecare is now a successful partnership of Optometrists with two practices in Edinburgh.
