Recruiting candidates for current positions via the internet and Tiro associates database• Telephoning candidates to pre qualify them for positions before handing them over to the consultant• Keeping up to date with developments in the automotive and aerospace industries via the local press and Internet and informing consultants of any potential leads General Admin Duties:• Responsible for all the administration on a day to day basis including registering, scanning CV’s, distributing CV’s to consultants.• Decline letter to unsuitable candidates• Formatting CV’s to tiro style. • Interview letters and decline letters to candidates for jobs• Adding new clients details to database and new vacancies when required• Advertising the vacancies on tiro website and other websites. Monitoring and updating the jobs and advising consultants. Updating Tiro website frequently to ensure only live jobs are showing. • Updating Top Job on tiro website on a weekly basis• Sending out company literature to new clients. • Collecting and distributing post. • Creating adverts to go in local press and liaising with press• Adding Codes to database • Changing standard letters on RDB • Resourcing for suitable candidates on websites and RDB • Answering telephone when consultants are on the telephone or away from their desk• Administrator for Quality Manual, taking part in quarterly audits, report writing and taking minutes.
