Majestic Kitchen & Bath Creations has been manufacturing and fabricating surfaces and related products to create unique and distinctive kitchen and bath settings for residential and commercial use since 1990. Former President and CEO of EDM for the Americas, Scott helped orchestrate and manage a merger of three companies into one. He oversaw a 30% revenue increase and a 50% growth in customer base for Diversified Information Technologies (DIT), then led the sale and integration of DIT into EDM Group, and continues to play a critical role in EDM’s growth strategy, revenue generation, and overall management of the organization. Scott served on the Board of Directors of EDM Group, parent company of EDM, in addition to his responsibilities for leading the Americas.Prior to joining EDM in 2008, Scott served as Vice President of Finance and General Counsel at Wilkes University, Assistant Treasurer at American University and Senior Accountant at US Airways. Scott earned a Juris Doctor (JD) from the American University Washington College of Law, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the American University Kogod School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Robert Morris University.Scott is currently on the Board of Directors for Daniel Center for Math and Science in Raleigh, NC, which helps to close the educational gap for disadvantage youth with activity based learning in STEM
