Senior Intelligence and Cyber instructor and resource integrator for Company Level Intelligence Support Team (CoIST) for Army Battalion and Company staff and Attack the Network training for Army Battalion, Brigade, and Division staff in the FORSCOM CI2C home station training program.Developed curriculum which includes updating Company Intelligence Support Team (COIST) and Attack the Network course material as necessary, developing practical exercises and tests for assessing student progress and reporting metrics of success to higher levels for program status on a weekly basis.Developed integration plans for all-source collection management training for 8 Army BNs and 3 Army BDE intelligence systems. Designed the go to war architecture for 3ID CIED cell/staff and function metrics for the division deployment in 2012.Trained and mentored 962 Soldiers in CoIST operations with a 99% passing rate during 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 training years. Trained and mentored 468 members of BN, BDE, and DIV staffs as the primary training for the Attack-the-Network Staff Course over same previously mentioned years.Received three individual performance awards and two Team Performance awards from the company for client support, training design, and intelligence program management. Manager for contract deliverables worth $2.57 million dollars for the eastern contract region to include Ft Stewart, GA, Ft Benning, GA, Ft Drum, NY, and Ft Polk, LA. Appointed Attack the Network Community of Practice lead for US Forces Command (FORSCOM) Counter IED Integration Cell (CI2C) program responsible for Attack the Network training management, plans development, and strategic coordination with Attack the Network proponent line of effort program at all 13 US and overseas bases. Managed the FORSCOM CI2C Attack the Network program expansion to include a 5-day staff training course, COIC tools, Palantir, Social Network Analysis and Advanced Analytics.
