As a result of consolidation, CACE became the Georgia Southern University Center for Applied Cyber Education. As Executive Director, We continued to provide strategic leadership for the CACE in collaboration with the university administration and cyber faculty and staff across eight colleges. In addition to continuing to lead the previous interdisciplinary team of faculty and university staff in offering state-of-the-art cyber education, we added a Director of Special Programs and a Special Projects Manager to the CACE staff to help continue the awesome support to academia and our community partners.Secured an Education Partnership Agreement with US Air Force Cyber Command HQ providing research opportunities for students and faculty as well as internships and faculty exchange opportunities. This was the first and only one of it's kind at the time of final signatures.Secured a designation from DC3 as a Center of Digital Forensics Academic Excellence. This along with our NSA designation made us one of 12 schools at the time to hold both designations.Secured a DOD Cyber Scholars Grant for the university cyber education program that provided students with guaranteed government jobs after graduation in a cybersecurity workforce position and over $65,000 a year in scholarship funds per student.

Provide strategic leadership for the CACE In collaboration with the university administration and cyber faculty and staff. Lead an interdisciplinary team of faculty and staff to offer state-of-the-art cyber education, including the development of new curricula. Lead efforts to maintain and expand upon CACE’s designation as a NSA/DHS Center of Excellence. Establish partnerships with government agencies and industry to garner sponsorship and support for the CACE. Promote the CACE’s educational programs through outreach to facilitate and grow its programs and services. Procure grant funding for CACE’s educational programs and activities. Manage communication and promotional materials for the CACE, including the website, media relations, etc. Serve as a resource for best practices in cyber security for the campus and surrounding community. Lead outreach efforts with K-12 schools and youth programs (e.g., cyber camps, mentorship)

Served as the senior leader for technical management, maintenance, services, and support for JHQ-GA staff and it's subordinate unit-related systems around Georgia. Provided support and services to other organizations throughout the state of GA requiring assistance with connectivity with state Department of Defense systems.

LTC in the Georgia Army National Guard. serving as the Defense Cyberspace Operations Element Chief and built the 170th Cyber Protection Team.

Performed duties of Senior Intelligence Analyst in the J2 of GA Joint Forces Headquarters.

Senior Intelligence and Cyber instructor and resource integrator for Company Level Intelligence Support Team (CoIST) for Army Battalion and Company staff and Attack the Network training for Army Battalion, Brigade, and Division staff in the FORSCOM CI2C home station training program.Developed curriculum which includes updating Company Intelligence Support Team (COIST) and Attack the Network course material as necessary, developing practical exercises and tests for assessing student progress and reporting metrics of success to higher levels for program status on a weekly basis.Developed integration plans for all-source collection management training for 8 Army BNs and 3 Army BDE intelligence systems. Designed the go to war architecture for 3ID CIED cell/staff and function metrics for the division deployment in 2012.Trained and mentored 962 Soldiers in CoIST operations with a 99% passing rate during 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 training years. Trained and mentored 468 members of BN, BDE, and DIV staffs as the primary training for the Attack-the-Network Staff Course over same previously mentioned years.Received three individual performance awards and two Team Performance awards from the company for client support, training design, and intelligence program management. Manager for contract deliverables worth $2.57 million dollars for the eastern contract region to include Ft Stewart, GA, Ft Benning, GA, Ft Drum, NY, and Ft Polk, LA. Appointed Attack the Network Community of Practice lead for US Forces Command (FORSCOM) Counter IED Integration Cell (CI2C) program responsible for Attack the Network training management, plans development, and strategic coordination with Attack the Network proponent line of effort program at all 13 US and overseas bases. Managed the FORSCOM CI2C Attack the Network program expansion to include a 5-day staff training course, COIC tools, Palantir, Social Network Analysis and Advanced Analytics.
