This role will support the Manager, Regulatory Risk, Corporate Security and Controls, as required with regulatory risk and risk management related control requirements and major initiatives within the Bank.Major Accountabilities/Responsibilities:• In conjunction with the Regulatory Risk, Corporate Security and Controls department, responsible for maintenance of the business processes for the Ethidex software program• Assisting with the management of the areas of the Bank’s operations that are vulnerable to regulatory risk which includes but is not limited to AML/ATF compliance, privacy and requirements under the Bank Act• Provide guidance to business units with inquiries related to regulatory requirements • Assist in the development and administration of regulatory related training for employees• Compiling regulation into easy to understand business-based language• Assist in the investigation and resolution of all regulatory risk related matters as required• Become a subject matter expert in the areas of operational and regulatory compliance• Assist with the identification and implementation of mitigation strategies for areas of high risk• Work with external service providers and third parties to ensure effective relationships are maintained• Maintain a strict level of confidentiality, privacy, and integrity surrounding all fraud and security related matters• Assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of controls related to risk management • Act as the Bank’s deputy leader BCM for the Bank’s BCM Incident Response Plan. This position is responsible for providing leading edge telecom solutions to the call centre by working in conjunction with IT Corporate Telecom. It is also responsible for ensuring the call centre telecom budget is fully audited on a monthly basis to ensure accurate and cost effectiveness of this budget.

This position is responsible for performing all administrative and business functions for technology used within the Contact Centre. The S.A. provides support and ensures maximum utilization of all systems used in the call centre. This position also acts as a liaison between all call centre vendors and ATB.
