I am a Chartered Surveyor, RICS Registered Valuer and currently leading the Residential Valuation team at CBRE, Middle East. CBRE is the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, employing more than 115,000 employees globally and over 1,300 professionals in the Middle East, operating out of 9 offices in 6 countries in the region including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia. CBRE serves real estate investors and occupiers through more than 500 offices in 100 countries worldwide.I have extensive knowledge of the UAE and UK markets, with over 12 years’ real estate industry experience. Specializing in valuation and consultancy, primarily for residential assets, I have undertaken valuation and advisory assignments for major corporate clients, developers as well as local and international banks. I also have experience in landlord and tenant transaction advisory services, advising investors on acquisition and disposal of residential properties alongside managing refurbishment projects. I joined CBRE following several years at Savills, where I most recently lead the residential valuation team on an interim basis. I provided RICS Red Book valuation reports for both commercial and residential assets including apartments, penthouses, luxury villas, development land, retail, residential and commercial buildings. During this time, I was the lead signatory for RICS Red Book valuation reports and played a primary role in managing and developing the department.
