In simplest terms, I make the technically complex easy to understand by all. In my current role, as an individual contributor, I actively support the Advanced Development teams within Whirlpool's Global Product Organization (GPO) with visualization tools that enable faster communication and tear down language barriers so they may more quickly bridge the knowledge gaps between operational functions.My management role is made easy by the incredible talent and passion that is found within my team. They rapidly deliver the near manufacturing ready, product design solutions that keep the Advanced Development teams moving forward. Known for their ability to concurrently design multiple variations of the same system at the same time, they are the operational heart of the project teams they support.My primary responsibilities include: • Production of multi-regional project and process animation videos utilized by Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to present at critical project milestones, to Sr. Leadership, our Board of Directors, and directly to our customers. • Multi-regional digital human ergonomic assessments (reach, postures, ADA, hand clearance, and view cones) that assist us in designing consumer goods that are safe and easy to use. • Digital prototyping of engineering concepts • Manufacturing process simulations and layouts • Qualitative and quantitative consumer research media • Concept renderings and IP illustrations • Management of a highly skilled, multi regional, Product Design TeamAnchored in an unstoppable work ethic, my role organically evolved from many years of design leadership coupled with a strong creative mindset and storytelling ability.
