Client Relationship Management: - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a diverse clientele, ensuring exceptional customer service and personalized shopping experiences. - Utilize deep product knowledge of watches and jewelry to educate and engage customers, enhancing brand loyalty.Staff Training & Development: - Train and mentor sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
