Seeking a new role as a Sales - Customer Service Specialist in the Boise Idaho area.

• Responsible for managing all sales processing functions, including order entry, quotations, invoicing, and collections.• Coaches and trains Inside Sales Representatives (ISR) by implementing service and productivity improvement initiatives to increase customer satisfaction. • Provides leadership and supports employees to meet and exceed business objectives, customer service, productivity, and quality goals. Manages up to 11 team members at a time.• Generates new accounts by managing levels of customer interaction to raise revenue streams.• Converts top accounts by determining appropriate tool recommendations and accurate quotes and provides diligent follow-up (i.e. converted inquiry to $250k in sales; on-track for $1M+ this year).• Determines and recommends proper tools for customer applications by understanding requirements and needs. • Maintains consistent sales through blanket order releases of CVD diamond tooling, standards, and specials.• Oversees inventory management as well as maintenance service activities, as needed.
