In return, they offer mentorship from a senior colleagues, regular training sessions with an external APC coach and in-house CPD sessions on a range of competencies. Key Achievements• To Manage and guide a team of fourteen part-time advisors. I am currently responsible for the training, performance and progression of all staff which obtain an outbound position. This has included:- Providing work and delegating tasks between different ranges of data, (Leads, active leavers, day pass, cancelled DD and Ex-members. - Enabling the business to grow and offer an additional service that many competitors lack.- Interacting with all of students, professionals, management. Key Achievements• Learning about the system in which PureGym use (Exerp, telecommunications) and developing my skills to ensure I was considered as an expert within our central office.• Supporting and liaising with our central office, marketing, finance team, member services and sister companies. This mainly includes system support, technical support and being able to prioritise tasks.• Supporting all of our gyms and gym staff. Using Zendesk I was part of a team in which offers nationwide support for PureGym at any given time. • Contributed to this role outside of the office by Supporting with new gym openings and assisting with LA Fitness closures.• Interacting and dealing with members how many had experienced technical difficulties or have on going disputes with their local gym.
