Project scope included subsea utility and production flowlines, FPSO piping and systems, manifolds and Production pipelines.Duties and Responsibilities:- Engaged in Front End Engineering Design (FEED) studies providing inputs to improve scope definition and resolve technical issues.- Worked with internal stakeholders to determine scopes of work and finalising contracts.- Liaised with materials and flow assurance engineers to ensure proposed strategies met interdisciplinary requirements.- Participated in Lessons Learnt and Hazard Identification workshops.- Participated in Hazard and Operability Studies.- Reviewed technical queries and information requests between internal and external stakeholders.- Development of pre-commissioning philosophies and project specifications for future projects.- Presented to project stakeholders including client engineers, project managers and regional directors.- Functional review of equipment and associated isolation philosophies.

My role comprised of in-house engineering for the pre-commissioning and commissioning of oil and gas pipelines and terminal facilities. This included the development of technical documents such as operational procedures, ITPs and project plans; the design of fluid and gas pumping equipment spreads; participation in and facilitation of HAZOP/HAZID workshops; tracking of personnel and equipment utilisation; leading on-site teams during execution of operational activities and managing on-site technical amendments.The role also required high levels of communication and interaction with client representatives and managing and tracking delivery of orders from suppliers.Project Experience includes:- Lead Project Engineer on the Julimar Development Project for the dewatering, drying, nitrogen purging and packing of the Infield Production and MEG systems.- Lead Engineer for hydrotesting and dewatering of infield flowlines and pipelines using coiled tubing for the Gorgon offshore campaign.- Project Site Representative for Barrow Island operations on the Gorgon Project. The work scope included deepwater Flooding, Cleaning, Gauging and Testing (FCGT) operations, cross island FCGT, infield MEG flushing, dewatering and nitrogen purging of the 6", 8" and 30/34" pipelines.- Worked as a client engineer for Seastream on the BHP Pyrenees Project during the installation and recovery of multi-phase flowmeters.- Lead Engineer during Phase II of the Woodside Pluto Project where the workscope included pigging, flooding and testing of subsea MEG flowlines, testing of 30" and 20" production pipelines and installation of umbilical control lines.- Lead Engineer during the CWLH Redevelopment Project where the workscope included high velocity flushing and hydrocarbon removal of subsea Production and Gas Lift flowlines, nitrogen purging of FPSO process systems and export pipeline risers, hydrotesting of newly installed flowlines and risers.
