I'm a strong and ambitious leader from a telecommunications background. I’m currently working as a Partner Manager within Openreach. Previously for the past 4 years, I led on Change and Business Improvement in Network Investment + Engineering, also Openreach. I'm continually looking to test and stretch myself as well as champion change within teams and departments. My current role, working with a diverse range of teams and people has given me a great platform do this, as well as helping create brilliant new multiskilled teams which is a new way of working within complex desk engineering. I work with a tenacity and passion to succeed with a strong will to deliver tasks on time and look to find the space to innovate and challenge thinking with my peers and wider team. I put the customer at the centre of my thinking at work every day while maintaining my drive to make continuous improvements. I have a strong focus on people engagement, giving people the tools to enjoy and succeed in what they do.
