As a Senior Solutions Architect, I am responsible for the requirements validation, discovery, design, proof of concept and documentation of network architecture within all GC branded companies. The scope of which includes enterprise Internet, Cloud, Local/Wide Area Networks, wireless, load balancers, SDWAN and network security ensuring a fault tolerant and scalable enterprise network. I work closely with the network security operations and project management teams to ensure project delivery and oversight of the build of network components as designed.Duties:• Advise program or project managers in structuring and sizing their plans, and raise red flags on faulty models or assumptions to prevent misguided implementation • Develop enterprise network standards for partner integration and public cloud infrastructure• Design and implementation of monitoring solutions for the enterprise network. Advise on SOPs for escalation and troubleshooting and review with NOC and Network Operations teams• Participate in system engineering reviews and occasional installation & implementations of new product rollouts. • Tier 3 support for any systemic network and security issues• Implement and report network capacity for Internet, LAN/WAN, load balancing and all other aspects of the enterprise network• Remain current on broad technology infrastructure changes in the industry and how they may assist with driving down costs or increasing competitive advantage• Hands on capability for configuring routers, switches, IPS and Next-gen firewalls, SDWAN appliances, and load balancers• Ensure Network Architectures are well documented and supported, including the incorporation of administration and support planning into any design• Member of COE team and direct involvement with transitioning company's footprint into AWS and Azure public clouds. • Partnership with CISO and security teams to enhance and maintain security infrastructure (Cloud & On-premise).

The Network Systems Manager is responsible for the delivery of systems maintenance and support of the Local and Wide Area Network systems and devices for all campuses and data centers, ensuring availability and uptime of systems and networks per agreed upon service levels. Ensures that proper service levels for response and resolution of incident and problem management are met. Also responsible for implementing processes and procedures for monitoring, performance and capacity planning for network systems and circuits.Duties:• Responsible for ensuring and reporting on incident and problem Service Level Objectives. • Develop and publish proper maintenance schedules for network systems and devices.
