Second, the program has saved $3M+ annually in salary alone.• Oversee software and product development for the Bank’s global initiatives, including PSD2 APIs, Brexit, IBOR Transition, and Strong Customer Authentication and Secure Transaction Signing.• Initiated a program to mentor and train upcoming developers and product managers in our Tokyo office through an exchange program. This program was held every year starting in 2016 where 1 or 2 participants would learn what it was like living and working in the United States and learn cultural differences on how problems are solved.
