I was originally recruited to bring a new approach to the company's flagship franchise Dungeon Defenders.Over a 4 year period worked an various disciplines including Production, Design, Community Management and QA on 5 titles (3 shipped) and 12 Shipped DLC packs over a 4 year period. Other achievements included, establishing a highly effective remote quality assurance team composed entirely of community volunteers, establishing a development team of community volunteers to support old projects in lieu of internal development team, and As a producer/designer was responsible for leading games from concept to release, working directly with design team and programmers both onsite and remote shipping games that are on time, under budget and at or above quality expectations.Daily Activities Included:• Being the primary point of contact for each project, leading all meetings with developers, remote teams, and internal departments. • Coordinated with external third party developers, and contractors to complete deliverables around all aspects of game development, ensuring quality, and schedule expectations were met..• Interfaced with multiple departments, including design, art, marketing, finance, QA, and executive, ensuring proper communication and detailed progress reports for all departments. • Provided detailed feedback on all design documentation and milestone deliverables. • Creating Detailed Design Documents including balance spreadsheets and distributing the creative vision for gameplay design to the development team.• Reaching out to both the local and online communities to fill company needs and gather feedback.

I worked as a crypto-linguist for the United States Navy. maintained a TS/SCI security clearance. Much of this time was spent training and becoming proficient in Mandarin Chinese and going through rigorous technical Military training at the Defense Language Institute in Monterey California. I was Honorably Discharged in Summer of 2012.
