My interest in finding better ways to blend business opportunities with technical talent led me to pursue both an MBA and MSEE degree, providing the framework to excel in multi-disciplined product development. I have a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in both the technical capabilities of new products, and the process by which they are developed and prepared for manufacture. My enthusiasm for excellence, distaste for the mediocre, demand for market relevance, and ability to facilitate talented cross-functional teams allow me to engage in many of the more challenging aspects of product development.I graduated in 2005 with a degree in Electrical Engineering from Lake Superior State University, during which I was recognized as the annual Outstanding Electrical Engineering Graduate. My graduate studies include a Master’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University in 2006 and a Master’s of Business Administration from Western Michigan University in 2015. In 2019 I was inducted into Southwest Michigan’s top 40 under 40 class, recognized for leadership ability and volunteer efforts within the community.
