Led a team of 16, with 4 direct reports, that grew the business from $2.9M to $10.5M in annual revenue. This included holding P&L responsibility for the entire revenue stream.• Implemented sales goals and strategic deployment with the company to guide us towards our annual sales goals of $20M in 3 years.• Started with one press and grew to four presses, hash washing systems, Axis and converted most vendor products to PurePressure branded items. • Set up financial reports, budget management, compensation program, strategic planning, and an ERP system for company.• Oversaw HR, benefits, payroll, operations, supply chain, pricing, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting.

Led a team of 55, with 8 direct reports, holding full P&L responsibility for a 90K sq. ft. facility in the manufacture of filament wound light poles and roto-mold elastomeric urethane decorative base covers. This included managing annual budgets of up to $11M.• Coordinated and supported the customer service function and sales agent channels throughout North America to grow top line sales while also improving margins.• Evaluated and trained sales agents to drive top line sales and make changes to sub-performing agencies.• Drove end user education on the benefits of composite structures in the lighting market.• Grew all aspects of business with continuous improvement, lean tools, and team concepts prior to the business moving to South Carolina.
