Scott have 15 years experience working in the Law enforcement industry in NSW.Through my 15 years of expericence within the NSW Police Force I have gained the following skills these include Team building, report writing, mentoring, negotiation skills, complaints management, emergency management . time management, organisation skills, statement taking. data entry, interviewing skills and customer service. Scott has strong Communication skills both written and verbal which are highly developed which are essential when relaying complex information to a customer or supervisor. Scott has strong analytical and problem solving skills which enables him to assess and problem solve and analyse information quickly in emergency situations. As a Senior Police officer I mentor to the newly graduated Police officers from the NSW Police Academy and other junior officers needing advice or guidance.
