• Responsible for running 4 textile production lines and Cutting DepartmentLarge product line /job shop: Gas mask cases, cargo nets, weapons slings, fire shirts, chain saw resistant chaps, aircraft engine nacelle covers, etc.• Responsible for health and welfare of up to 90 employees• Timekeeping / payroll for 90 employees• Administration of performance reviews• Scheduling vacations• Interviewing/Evaluation of new employees• Discipline and corrective action• Insure all safety guidelines are enforced• Development of lean manufacturing procedures to increase efficiencies• Daily scheduling of work to be completed• Scrap and rework reduction on production lines• Work with engineering on new product development• Completion and delivery of production reports to management• Employee training

Modification Structures/Electrical Installation Mechanic• Sheet metal structures work• Electrical installation of modification wiring in cockpit and communications center of Air Force One (747)• Responsible for fabrication, routing and termination of wire bundlesManufacturing Mechanic• Hand finish/deburr of detail parts• Heat Treat, load/rack with detail parts for heat treat processes in liquid salt baths and ovens.• Paint Shop, preparing and masking parts for paint process, part marking.• Chop Saw Operator, responsible for cutting mitered edges on small and detail parts to within .003 in. tolerance on a Kaltenbach automated chop saw.
