In my role as Regional Operations Manager at UPS I successfully managed regional sales & operations, marketing, technology, and business development for over 600 The UPS Store locations. Leading a team of 7 District Managers across 7 states, I launched 22 new locations over 24 months, contributing to 30% and 50% of annual chainwide store growth in 2019 and 2020, respectively. I designed and executed region wide strategies to elevate franchisee business acumen, establishing and maintaining brand standards, and developing highly successful sales, merchandising and service behaviors to deliver annual company sales and margin targets.
