Took over the underwriting after significant losses from the previous Director. During my time, I helped grow the company from 5.5 million in premium to over 8.5 million in 2 years while simultaneously reducing the losses from 140% to under 100% thereby regaining profitability.

Trained hundreds of employees on how to process and adjudicate claims for the employee benefit plan of Prudential's largest account, IBM.President - Prudential Recreation Association. Voted in by the majority of 1,000 employees in 3 offices.
