Lead the execution of the signed Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases for the AH-1Z and UH-1Y totaling 36 aircraft. Included building the team for each FMS case and coordinated directly with US Government counterparts. Industry composed of approximately 1/3-1/2 of the effort and leading this team required managing the Case Managers and working laterally with US government counterparts for on time execution of US Government contracts. FMS case execution included the strategic planning and coordination for the development of Letters of Request for new FMS cases with international customers as the industry representative responsible for overall case execution. Was able to leverage past Operational Test Director experience to help coordinate the FMS unique configurations and be a voice of the AH-1Z community regarding future advanced programs and capabilities for the USMC.

Bell was in production of 349 H-1s and more than 400 V-22 aircraft with 3 primary domestic military customers (USMC, USAF, and USN). This position focused on the 3 domestic customers and the total program approach of production, upgrades, obsolescence changes and expanding the Program of Record for each customer. Position provided the ability to coordinate with the Program and Business Development teams regarding USMC Future Tactical UAS as an Operational SME flying the AH-1Z and as a former Aviation Combat Element Executive Officer.
