LED-Signs is a national company for the design, manufacture, distribution and installation of digital electronic signs, scoreboards, displays and systems.- General Manager of Service, Installation and Support. The national service manager reports directly to the Director of Operations for all aspects to do with service, warranty and maintenance. Installations and after sales support is carried out by service personnel under the direction of Project Services.- General Manager of Project Services, Estimating, Design and Development. The Project Services team is headed by Project Manager who co-ordinates all aspects of each project from estimating to design and drafting, software, engineering and IT and entails contract administration and certification.- General Manager of Factory and Assembly. The factory manager reports directly to the Director of Operations although takes daily instruction from project services for manufacturing of deliverables as contracted.- Director of LED Holdings Co Pty Ltd, parent company of LED-Signs. Elected by the shareholders, the Director of Operations reports to the board in all aspects of product design and deliverables.
