I am fortunate to be the Director of a successful road marking company called Retro Roads and further blessed as a father, husband, brother and son.My experience includes:- Founder and Director of a company that employed up to100 traffic controllers before it was acquired by a competitor.- Purchase of Retro Roads which has seen 25x revenue growth since I commenced with the business. This company focuses on fulfilling customer needs through superior service and innovative solutions.- Director on the board of the Roadmarking Industry Association of Australia (RIAA). Among other things, this organisation is a great advocate for increased road user/worker safety.My passion:- When I see a challenge, I go all in. One such challenge in the road marking industry is to improve the night time reflectivity (a.k.a Retro-Reflectivity) and durability of road markings so that road users and autonomous vehicles can see delineated roads well. Hence our company name "Retro Roads". We continually to invest in R&D of cutting edge technology and improved materials and formulas to further improve reflectivity outcomes.- If I am not working on increasing Retro-Reflectivity, I like to work on Retro Roads, the business. No matter our demonstrated success, there are always more opportunities to develop the business. Creating increased value of the business is what drives me.
