Over $1.5 billion in weighted gross sales in 2020 and 2021.-Accountable for placement, growth, retention and profitability of Federated solutions in RIA and Trust Bank programs within assigned territory.-Develop and maintain strong partnerships with senior level management in areas such as Wealth Management/Private Banking, Institutional Trust, Asset Management and Retirement.-Identify and influence key decision makers (Analyst, Gatekeepers, Investment Committees, Portfolio Managers, Trust Officers, Relationship Managers, etc.) to drive financial results.-Developed Money Market product sheets for Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo, UBS, and Ameriprise for transactional business resulting in over $1 billion in new assets.-Partner with field-based sales professionals (typically 1:2 relationships) to deliver substantive client interactions aimed at building relationships with new and existing clients.-Persuasively present suggestions or ideas to influence internal/external client action.-Execute territory and business management skills in order to maximize results.
