He shows this with the development of his NON-PROFIT "Creative Elite Arts Company". Which is dedicated to the rehabilitation of at risk youth.Scott Has developed Intergenerational programs in past communities, dedicated to bridging the gap between seniors and the youth. Through these programs Scott has tracked the positive effect that this program has had on aging in place for seniors, as well as increased high school graduation rates for youth.Scott is affectionately known by family, friends, and coworkers as "The Fixer".
