• Calculate monthly Management Fees and Performances Fee in line with Investment Management Agreements.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly expense analyses and summaries for administrators to book-keep and for disclosure in the financial statements.
• Detailed reviews and population of financial statements received from fund accountants. Ensure that all financial statements comply with relevant accounting standards (including UK GAAP/FRS102 & IFRS), tax and other.
• Produce accurate monthly/quarterly revenue forecasts.

• Asset Class: Listed Equities and Fixed Income.
• Prepare (Open Ended) funds' distributions, annual financial reports and liaise with auditors.
• Analytical support on ad-hoc requests from front office on matters such as portfolio transitions, income distributions, tax efficient investing and value-added strategies.
• Assume sole responsibility for servicing the Listed Equities Teams and their funds. Running back office support operations for the Listed Equities Teams including work delegations and staff trainings to three assistant.
• Assigned to the project accountant role for the Project Endeavor, a firm wide IT system upgrade to integrate all IT systems between the front office, middle office and back office. Solely responsible for the transition.
