Scott serves on the Swinerton Incorporated Board of Directors, he is the National Director of Self-Perform Services, and is a member of Swinerton's Executive Committee. Scott is committed to supporting the men and women of Swinerton and dedicated to delivering excellence in every encounter, achieving our clients’ goals and exceeding expectations. Scott has helped build exceptionally high performing organizations with a focus on talent development and leadership training. Scott offers Swinerton and our clients over 35 years of industry and business experience. He began his career in the field managing a wide range of construction projects and quickly progressed to leading teams responsible for work procurement, design management, construction operations and project development.Scott joined Swinerton Builders in 2011 as the Colorado Division Manager and he was quickly named Vice President. Under Scott's leadership the Colorado Division experienced a steady growth in revenues, expanded into new market sectors, and more than doubled the staff of construction professionals. Scott was promoted to Sr. Vice President, Regional Manager where he supported Swinerton construction operations throughout the country. As Executive Vice President Scott currently serves as Swinerton's National Director of Self-Perform Services supporting teams performing Concrete, Drywall, Mass-Timber, Doors, Frames, and Hardware, Demolition, and Firestopping. Scott has been a member of a variety of industry and civic organizations, including ULI, DBIA and AGC. He has served as Trustee of the Rocky Mountain Repertory Theater, Advisory Member of DU's Burns School of Real Estate and Construction, and trustee of the Colorado Symphony Orchestra. Scott has lectured at universities around the country, and he has been a speaker at AIA, DBIA, and AGC conferences and seminars. Scott is a Stick of Life award recipient, founding father of Fishfest, and holds a competition race license with RMVR.
