My career began as a software engineer. There was a big focus on ideation and collaboration in that role and it fueled my passion for front-end design and user experience improvements. Today, I am still energized by optimizing systems and finding ways to do things better and more efficiently by identifying technology and operational solutions. My ability to articulate issues and needs- both up and down- has led to trusted partnerships with leadership and my team members. I am proud of my ability to develop business relationships, build strong teams, and bridge the gaps between business and technical problems. I really enjoy having a team and setting up my team members for success. I am known for being approachable; I am always there to mentor and provide constructive feedback. My team knows that I am fully dedicated to them and to our work; they can count on me. I believe that this trust is what makes our team really strong.
