When you serve others you serve God.I create the heroic moment of getting out of bed. I build momentum and concentrate on one thing at a time. E.g., eat foods that uncouple mitochondria. Players can choose a scoring method to track their progress.The human life-span may rise 10-fold. I will help this happen using principles of gamification and problem solving. I already started to seek and discover the things that get others energized. I will publish fact driven promotional medicine, focusing on understandable science with reliable references.I dabble with humor to help others relieve stress. E.g., I sprint the 40 meter dash. I can squat 2x my body weight. (340 lbs) I now hold the record for loudest grunt at 200 decibels. The people that work at my gym don't care because all the other members are lazy and overweight. I tell everyone, "go hard or go home," and they get energized.Also, friends and family in the San Jose area can trust me to sell belongings of valued over $100. I will take pictures, do research, create the product description, use appropriate websites to get market value and charge only 10-20% commission. You should get a hold of me. I sold my Dad's 2001 Honda Accord using Craigslist, cars.com, nextdoor.com and for sale signs. I generated about 30 interested buyers. Half of them used shady buyer's tactics. The gentleman I sold it to works as bartender who plays piano. The deal was a win win because we trusted each other. Do not sell online without someone's help.At the end of the day, after networking and learning how to help others live longer, I wear blue blockers to correct my circadian rhythm. Then I go to bed. The earlier I get up with 7-9 hours of sleep, the easier it gets to build momentum for serving others.
