Working collaboratively with TESCO in establishing an effective MOVE plan. With the end goal of making the ordering, order fulfilment and delivery process as efficient and cost effective as possible, whilst opening up cost saving opportunities for both parties in the process.

Responsible for the preparation, production and quality control and continuous improvement of all Dip Nation products, whilst also being actively involved in the development of new products. This role requires great attention to detail in regards to adhering to HACCP regulations which are involved in the day to day running of a food production business. As part of my role as Head of Production I liaise with all suppliers to ensure they adhere to strict BRC guidelines that are required. As part of this I am responsible for deliveries both inbound and outbound for various clients ranging from local farm shops to Supermarket chains.I am also actively involved in dealing with the invoicing of clients and monitoring sales with these clients, specifically our supermarket clients. This is a role which allows me to consistently undertake more responsibility within the company.
