Operations Supervisor
Current♦ In my current role, I am responsible for overseeing important client operations and managing a portfolio of assets worth over $150M. ♦ I lead a team of over 40 employees in various programs, both in-office and remote, across different time zones. ♦ I evaluate the performance of our key metrics, conduct audits, and organize regular meetings to provide updates, recognition, and guidance to the staff. I also provide training and coaching to the team and individuals.♦ To meet the needs of our employees, I collaborated with team members and a corporate trainer to design e-trainings, process improvements, reference guides, and helpful resources. ♦ By enhancing our daily operations, I increased our productivity by more than 10% above our targets, reduced handling times to record lows, and improved satisfaction among our clients and customers.♦ In addition to managing international multi-billion-dollar client, I also execute various responsibilities for my direct employer and facilitated collaboration between internal and external vendors. ♦ Through my efforts, I slashed team turnovers by more than 25% in an industry known for high turnover rates, resulting in a highly experienced and professional team.
