This job is working within the third party Conduct and Oversight team This role involves conducting onsite audits with suppliers, working to both TDX and client specific frameworks to asses any potential risks to the business or clientThe role also includes working with internal stakeholders, suppliers and external clients to asses and remediate any risks to the business or clients.As part of the job I am also involved in identifying and delivering process improvements to add value to what we do as a team

In this role I am responsible for assuring third party debt collection agencies are following both regulatory and client expectations through call auditing , reviewing account activity, complaints reviews and ensuring credentials such as ISO 27001 and PCI DSS docs are up to dateDuring my time at TDX I have gained experience of working alongside internal and external stakeholders to ensure any risks are swiftly remediated and fed back to ensure we are doing the right thing for the consumer and the clientThe role has also allowed me to work on a number of process improvements to help myself and colleges work smarter and improve output presented to stakeholders

During my time at Domestic & General I worked as a contact centre agent for insurance products to both the UK and ROI. The role included experience of sales and customer service whilst also ensuring calls with consumers met both internal and regulatory expectationsDuring my role at D&G I also had the opportunity to learn call auditing and providing both written and verbal feedback to agents and team leaders
