He believes that leadership is needed to adapt to the new normal and optimize your resources to take your business to the next level.With over 20 years’ experience driving complex projects to completion across the military, construction, utilities, and financial service industries, Scott is currently the owner of CCC Solutions. As an Independent Consultant, he specializes in construction management & safety, owner’s representation, project management, emergency management, and utility operations. Along with his professional career, Scott is an Army Veteran, 9-11 responder with Con Edison, and worked in various Emergency Operations Centers during multiple responses to major disasters. He also spends time work with leaders at all levels to help both corporate and non-profit organizations to enhance their team's ability to adapt and change in this volatile environment readily.Scott graduated with a Master of Science in Construction Management from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from U.S. Military Academy, West Point. Scott is currently working on completing Public Leadership Credential from Harvard University.
