- Technical Program Manager in Disney’s Entertainment and ESPN Technology group responsible for program managing the Data Governance portfolio of data projects.- Program & Project Management - Establish and manage project plans, timelines, & budgets. - Analysis/Assessment of New Opportunities - Adept at working across multiple teams to analyze high level scope and work with business, & technical teams to agree on project scope, business cases, risk assessments, funding requirements, and resource/capability needs.- Program Budgeting - Accountable for accurate forecasting, tracking, and adherence to program budget. Adopted a bottom up vs top down estimation approach to produce more accurate timelines.- Manage the roadmap of work across the Data Governance org comprised of Data Quality Compliance, Security & Privacy Compliance, Metadata Management, Policies & Standards, Data Stewardship, and Reporting & Visualization- Compliance/Legal – Support implementation of governance operating model. Serve as liaison between vertical teams and Privacy Legal group to ensure compliant use of data and adherence to all applicable laws and regulations (i.e. CCPA, GDPR, COPPA, VPPA, etc) and internal policies (ISPS).

Business Intelligence & Data Warehousing- Onsite test lead for multiple subject area work stream of one of the largest health plan data warehouses in the country.- Managed the onshore/offshore coordination for multiple simultaneous projects on a monthly release schedule, delivering projects on time and budget.- Coordinated activities between Deloitte test team, client, and third party consultant development team including facilitating daily triage calls and communicating status to senior project management.

BI/DW experience includes roles as developer, business/data analyst, requirements lead, test lead and overall data integration specialist on various IM projects including multiple large scale data warehouse implementations. Client experience has spanned the project lifecycle including requirements gathering, gap analysis, design, development, test/deploy:- Requirements gathering/analysis for reporting tools as well as data integration strategy.- Informatica PowerCenter, Data Explorer, & Data Quality designer/developer.- Responsible for test strategy as well as test script creation and execution for reporting and data integration. - Data integration functional design and source to target creation.Worked for clients in the following industries: Food & Beverage, Retail, Insurance, Software, Media & Entertainment, Healthcare.

Gained system administration experience with WESCO’s point of sale system. Configured hardware and software for servers and installed enterprise backup solution across all point of sales systems. Performed broad system administration tasks with Linux and Unix and helped develop thin client image for server systems.

Tasks included updating anti-virus software, troubleshooting hardware problems, creation/modification of employee accounts and various other projects as directed by senior level IT management.
