Over the course of my career, I have deployed a myriad of solutions across 20+ countries generating more than $100M of value for those organizations. Prior to the acquisition of G4S by Allied Universal(AUS), I served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the Americas region. The region had ~$3.5B in revenue to include 21 countries and ~120,000 employees. With the completion of the acquisition by AUS, I shifted to lead the integration activities for the G4S team working with my counterpart at AUS. We worked to bring the IT teams together and plan out all aspects of the integration for the two very large organizations. We completed the full North American integration in 9 months generating significant value for the business. I have a B.S in Computer Science from Augusta State University and an Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Georgia. My MBA specialization is in business strategy.
