Managed the sales and positioning of all new builder market products, promotions and programs through the Armstrong wholesalers to the builder/multi-family housing market.. Also was responsible for selling Armstrong's entire portfolio of flooring products which includes resilient sheet and tile, hardwood, laminate, genuine linoleum and ceramic as well installation, maintenance and accessory products.

Responsible for leading a team of approximately 15-20 employees and provide them with a strategy and direction for growth of market share and continuously improve customer service and operations by aligning with corporate and customer expectations. Worked with the Home Depot purchasing office in Southern California to introduce new products and grow existing Armstrong World Industries flooring products throughout West Coast retail store locations. Managed the development and preparation of short and long range plans and budgets based upon organizational goals and growth objectives.

Developed and maintained relationships with Home Depot Department Managers, Flooring Associates, Store Managers, Installation Managers and other Store Associates. Ensured that all displays were set to Home Depot planogram and were clean and presentable to the customer. Identified sales opportunities to increase sales and market share within an assigned territory. Trained store staff on all Armstrong products to improve awareness and product knowledge to better sell product at point of purchase.
