Current* Executive Team member providing leadership, activities, and tools that advance organization-wide effectiveness, internal decision-making, and strategic action * Establish new Performance Excellence department * Foster organizational culture that encourages open communication, coordination, and accountability across teams* Manage internal and external continuous process improvement initiative* Develop and lead implementation of organization's project management approach* Train and coach all levels of staff in project management and Asana (project management tool) * Support implementation of data-driven systems to measure and improve performance* Mentor teams and individuals to build business skills, connection and collaboration, workplace satisfaction, and well-being
